The iZzzleep service ("Service") is provided under the terms of this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). The Service is protected by copyright and/or other applicable laws. Using the Service contrary to this Agreement is prohibited. The Service is provided by Uniohjaamo Uneksija Oy ("Company"). Uniohjaamo Uneksija Oy (”Yritys”).
By using the rights granted in this Agreement, the licensee ("User") agrees to comply with the terms outlined herein. The Company grants these rights only if the User accepts the terms. This Agreement cannot be transferred.
1. Copyright and Ownership
The copyright and other ownership rights to the Service are held by Uniohjaamo Uneksija Oy and/or its licensors. Uniohjaamo Uneksija Oy:lle ja/tai sen lisenssinantajille.
2. Content Provided by the User
The User retains all rights to any content they provide to the Service. Detailed information regarding the handling of user-provided data, particularly in connection with the monitoring of baby sleep patterns, can be found in the Privacy Policy..
3. Rights Granted to the User
Under this Agreement, the Company grants the User a worldwide, revocable, and non-exclusive license to use the Service on an unlimited number of devices for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any rights not expressly granted in this Agreement remain with the Company.
4. Usage Restrictions
The User must not:
A) Rent, lease, or lend the Service;
B) Modify the Service or any part of it;
C) Reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative products based on the Service, except where permitted by law;
D) Share login credentials with third parties;
E) Resell, redistribute, or share the Service or its content without prior written consent from the Company.
Screenshots of the Service may be published in individual posts, such as blog posts or articles, provided the source is credited: "Screenshot / iZzzleep". ”Kuvakaappaus / iZzzleep”.
5. Free Version of the Service
The User may access the free features of the Service for an indefinite period. The Company reserves the right to terminate access to the free version at any time without providing support or maintenance.
6. Paid Features of the Service
The User can access premium features by purchasing a license. The paid license is personal and can be used on up to four devices per user.
For multi-user licenses, usage is restricted to the number of devices specified in the license.
7. Warranty
A) The Company does not guarantee that the Service will operate without errors, particularly when the Service relies on incomplete or inaccurate data provided by the User.
B) Unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties, express or implied, regarding its content, accuracy, or functionality.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for damages except as explicitly required by law. The Company will not be liable for special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service. The Company’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the Service.
9. Monitoring Baby Sleep Patterns
The Service allows tracking of baby sleep data, including sleeping habits, feeding schedules, and other child-related data provided by the User. The User acknowledges and agrees:
A) The data entered into the Service is the User’s responsibility.
B) The Service is intended for supportive purposes only and does not replace medical or professional advice.
C) The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the provided sleep analysis.
10. Termination and Changes
A) This Agreement is automatically terminated if the User violates its terms
B) The Company may update these terms at any time by posting the revised terms. Continued use of the Service after updates signifies the User’s acceptance of the new terms.
11. Other Terms
A) If any part of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity of other provisions.
B) This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Service. Any modifications must be agreed upon in writing.
C) This Agreement is governed by the laws of Finland.
D) All disputes related to these terms will be resolved in Finnish courts.
